About Elysium Art
I am the Managing Director of Elysium Artspace, Wales' largest provider of incubator spaces and office lets for creative and innovative businesses. With over 12 years of experience in this role, I have developed and implemented a sustainable business model based on multiple income streams, which has enabled Elysium to grow its income every year and expand its profits and benefits to Swansea and the local community.Elysium Artspace has been pivotal to the regeneration of the High Street, increasing footfall and economic interest and investment of companies on the street. By offering affordable rents, flexible payment options, and a supportive and collaborative environment, I have helped establish and incubate over 200 businesses, with 99% occupancy rate since 2012. Despite the challenges of Covid-19, Elysium has bounced back to its pre-pandemic income and occupation levels, and has a waiting list of tenants. My mission is to continue to foster innovation, creativity, and enterprise in Swansea and beyond.
