The Swansea Way was a website borne of the desire to discuss football without the vitriol and bitterness which so often comes hand in hand with online fandom. Started back in February 2013 it quickly established itself as the go-to for honest, informed opinion on Swansea City and it’s gone from strength to strength since.2014 saw the site pick up the coveted “Welsh Sports Blog of the Year” at the Wales Blog Awards as well as the birth of The JackCast, Swansea City’s #1 fan podcast, and the beginning of 2015 saw a complete site redesign which does justice to the amount of traffic and interaction we now receive from the Jack Army worldwide.Receiving over 100,000 views a month and rising, in future we aim to cover anything there is to be covered about the Swans, as well as providing interesting original content – something the site is and always will be built on. Since the birth of the site we’ve witnessed the Swans win their first ever major trophy and, seemingly, establish themselves as a Premier League side. Who knows what the future holds in store for our beloved club but you can make sure that, whatever happens, you’ll be able to get an honest, heartfelt opinion from someone who cares about the club as much as you do.With a team of 20 great contributors make sure to check back for all the latest. My role involves writing the majority of content, but also editing & curating the content provided by others. I also host podcasts (The JackCast - Swansea City's number one fan podcast) as well as featuring on various others, and have a basic understanding of HTML allowing me to edit various faces of the website design.Sadly owing to a change in personal circumstances the website is no longer being updated.
