Providing delay analysis and project support to multiple construction sectors including:• Buildings and Infrastructure• Roads • Tunnels• Bridges• Mining - LNG

• Claims / dispute support at prime and subcontractor levels• Analysing delay in terms of the Critical Path and preparing substantiation by modelling the effect.• Reviewing Extension of Time Claims (EOT), creating reports detailing the extent of delay and then defining what is excusable and / or compensable. • Reviewing contractors claim letters and preparing a response. • Managing the process of responding to and filing adjudication applications under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA), which is a payment claim adjudication process within Australia.• Assisting Project Controls team with project planning and scheduling.• Schedule review for claims and re-baseline purposes including, correct modelling of work flow, resourcing and quantity distributions as well as schedule integrity.

• Schedule; creation, updating, maintaining and forecasting.• Focus attention on critical items to achieve key dates to meet outage scope.• Reviewing internal and Contractor labour.• Monitoring and evaluating the progression of work.• Reporting to Client through the schedule and reports.• Reporting and resolving issues with management and other team members.

• Schedule; creating, updating, maintaining and forecasting.• Reviewing Contractors schedules and monthly reports.• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of Work. • Reporting to Client through schedule updates and reports.• Reporting and resolving time related issues with management and other team members.• Creating and answering technical queries.• Managing small areas of work including modifications to the dust extraction system.• Providing time related information for post completion claims disputes.
