I am incredibly grateful to my network, united by the goal of creating a healthier world for all.A few things about me:1. I'm the founder of Seven Movements, the company that pioneered micro-dosing movement and delivering accessible exercise programming to individuals facing barriers to traditional fitness routines.2. I'm a huge hockey fan – 99 (Gretzky) will always be my hero, but 97 is really something special.3. I served as interim CEO for one of my clients and helped them raise a $2.3 million seed round.4. In 2014, I survived a grizzly bear attack – after that, I feel like I can take on anything!5. I’ve worked with over 153 entrepreneurs, acting as a coach and advisor to help many of them build successful companies.6. I live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth – Canmore, nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Canada.7. In 2014, I authored two books. Despite that, I still don’t think I’m a great writer!8. At Seven Movements, we are heavily invested in research, partnering with the University of British Columbia and McMaster University to clinically validate our micro-dosed exercise programs.
