Based in Monclova office in this new role in the company I am responsible for all Manufacturing Execution Systems, traceability process etc for Mexico's airbag and inflator divisions for the actual plants in Monclova Modules Assembly, Monclova Inflators, Torreón plants 1 and 2, Acuña airbags division and Distribution Centers in USA;Involved in operations and process of module airbag's assembly, inflator's assembly, sewing, folding, molding , painting leading the Information Technology department focus in MES applications, data servers etc as well in charge of all the application 's team (IT Coordinators, SW Developers, Technicians etc), budged, new projects, co working in lean manufacturing improvements etc

Takata Corporation is a leader in global automotive safety industry as supplier of safety devices around the world.Based in Monclova office, in this role I was responsible of develop, implementation, support and improvement of everything about Manufacturing Execution Systems, traceability process etc for Mexico's airbag and inflator divisions, supporting plants in Mexico(Monclova, Guadalajara, Reynosa, Torreón), Brazil(Jundiai) and Distribution Centers in USA;involved in operations and process of module airbag's assembly, inflator's assembly, sewing, folding, molding , painting and steering wheels.Activities and responsibilities include software developing; implementation and support of all kind of applications related to the MES and traceability process; labeling(develop), raw material inspection; packing and shipment process; LAT; Kanban; production lines integration; coordination of technical support to shop floor(responsible of IT technicians, software developers and administrative management); reports and administration of SQL servers data; support to areas of quality, engineering, continuous improvement(six sigma), materials, program management etc.

Role of analyst, software developer for several projects and develop and support to general applications related with manufacturing execution systems applications(MES) for customers like Bancomer Group in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Takata de Mexico in Monclova, Coahuila. Activities of develop and maintenance of software, technical support to customers, support to shoop floor and traceability applications.Reinforcement in software developing and databases, user management, etc.

Role of software developer in several projects and clients like Coca Cola Continental group and Peñoles Group in Torreon, Coahuila; Banorte Group, Nemak and Amway Mexico in Monterrey and Garcia, Nuevo Leon.
