I have been president of Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. for the past 16 years. We are a full service retail real estate brokerage firm located in Denver, Colorado. We represent developers, landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers of retail property. We have been active in the Colorado retail real estate and development market for three generations, and have worked hard to develop and maintain our reputation for integrity, excellent customer service, hard work and tenacity. I am responsible for executive management of this company. Galaxy Land Company was created to facilitate structured residential land sales in a 300 acre development to a related entity. Having sold out of that project, Galaxy purchased a few real estate projects. A couple of the more notable projects include the Historic El Rancho in Evergreen, CO and a historic building at 1810 Blake Street in Lower Downtown Denver, CO. Galaxy now seeks investment opportunities primarily in real estate. Galaxy is seeking to purchase small scale retail projects in the greater Denver, CO market. where value can be added. Galaxy is also seeking to sell and/or develop tracts of owned land in Brighton, CO and Lochbuie, CO.

I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League since 2000. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) fights anti-Semitism and all forms of bigotry in the U.S. and abroad through information, education, legislation, and advocacy. ADL serves as a resource for government, media, law enforcement, educators and the public.

I have Co-Chaired the Strategic Planning Committee of the Mountain States Region of the ADL since 2008. This committee is working hard to implement a thorough and thoughtful plan that we developed over the past couple of years.

I have been a member of the Management Committee of the ADL since 2006. The Management Committee is charged with assisting the Executive Director making significant decisions and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Sometimes referred to as the nominating committee or board development committee, this committee’s main role is to recruit new board members and to ensure that each board member is equipped with the proper tools and motivation to carry out his or her responsibilities.Some specific duties include:•assessing the board’s current composition and identifying missing qualities and characteristics•drafting a recruitment plan and continuously cultivating new prospects•developing job descriptions for board members•orienting new board members and continuing to educate all members on their responsibilities•ensuring that the board regularly engages in self-assessment

ADL's Education Division focuses on three primary programmatic areas: anti-bias education, confronting anti-Semitism, and Holocaust education. Through our A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute, we customize programs that provide the necessary skills, knowledge and awareness to promote and sustain inclusive and respectful school, work and home environments for schools, universities, corporations, community-based organizations, and law enforcement agencies.Unveiled in 2008, our No Place for Hate® program was developed to organize schools to work together and develop projects that enhance the appreciation of diversity and foster harmony amongst diverse groups by empowering them to promote respect for individual and group differences while challenging prejudice and bigotry.

Saturn developed and built out a 300 acre community in Lochbuie, CO utilizing manufactured homes. I oversaw all aspects of that project including land planning, entitlement, negotiation of a development agreement with the Town of Lochbuie, project and home sale financing, negotiation of agreements with factories to provide homes, infrastructure construction, home construction, marketing, sales, purchasing and design.

Our company is a family owned business, and has been for three generations. I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company as well as the management and leasing of family-owned properties.

I am currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. The ICSC was founded in 1957 and is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 60,000 members in the U'S', Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials.

The Grandview Homeowners' Association works to address the needs and concerns of the homeowner members. The Association is also responsible for budgeting, capital improvements, and enforcing the covenants of the community to maintain the beauty of our project and enhance the value of our homes.

Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) is committed to providing vital community resources to anyone facing a life challenge, no matter which leg of life's journey they are traveling. Staffed by caring and compassionate professionals and assisted by dedicated volunteers, JFS is committed to being one of metro Denver's premier human services agencies.

I chaired the JFS Development Committee through June 2012. This committee is responsible for the agency's fundraising activities including solicitation of individuals and companies, as well as providing assistance with our annual REEL Hope fundraiser where 700 people gather for dinner and a movie. We also work with the agency to obtain planned gifts from donors in the community.

Member of the Strategic Planning Committee of JFS since 2006. This committee is working hard to to implement a three year strategic plan that was recently adopted.

Previously a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of a number of Councils within the organization including Residential and Retail Councils. District Councils support best practices in land use through Smart Growth programs, networking events and project tours. By offering nonpartisan, unbiased expertise to community leaders, District Councils positively influence such issues as compact development, transportation, urban design and workforce housing.With nearly 1,000 members, ULI Colorado is one of ULI’s largest District Councils. ULI Colorado engages its members to help them build their careers and participate in their community. In the past year alone, 25 ULI committees have attracted 250 volunteers and developed programs attended by thousands. Our Young Leaders Group (YLG) is over 200 strong with a full plate of monthly educational and social programs.

Member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Manufactured Housing Association (now known as the Rocky Mountain Home Association). CMHA is a trade association that is made up of retailers, developers, manufacturers, communities and lenders. CMHA represents the modular and manufactured housing industry. The purpose of CMHA is to serve its members and promote the growth of the industry. CMHA is a unified, proactive association committed to ethical operations, member development and positive consumer relations. As a board member, I worked to further CMHA’s long term goals including: To expand the market for factory-built housing To promote acceptance of factory-built housing through education and government officials Work toward fair treatment of factory-built housing

I was an active member of the Federation's Young Leadership Institute. The Institute was formed to educate its participants about what the Federation and local non profit organizations do in Colorado. The Institute works with its participants to enhance leadership skills. It is hoped that at the conclusion of the Institute participants will actively engage in the Federation or another non profit in the community and assume leadership positions when appropriate.

ADL's Glass Partners-In-Leadership Institute of the Mountain States Regional Office is a year-long leadership program created to involve community professionals, ages 25-40ish, who are committed to ADL's mission "to stop the defamation of the Jewish people …to secure justice and fair treatment to all."

At the time, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck was a boutique law firm of about 20 attorneys in downtown Denver, Colorado. While there, I worked as an associate attorney specializing in real estate, corporate and lending work. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be in a position of responsibility immediately. I was involved with the representation of several high profile developers, homebuilders, lenders and real estate buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and owners. I was involved in several very large and complex transactions.

I was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity while at Colorado College. This was a great experience resulting in the making of many friendships that have lasted until today.

I was the President of Volunteer Action while attending Colorado College. At the time, Volunteer Action was the largest student organization. Volunteer Action is a mentoring program that has been a part of CC for over 20 years. Twice a block, CC students meet with 4th and 5th graders from Edison and Bristol elementary schools. Gatherings vary from bowling to making gingerbread houses. These events allow college students to be role models, while giving at-risk elementary students new experiences and a fun time.
