Responsible for leading the company's all aspects of technology development, playing an integral role in the company's strategic direction, development and future growth.Responsibilities: lead the execution of technology strategies for partnerships, build and manage a technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management, anticipate and react to major technology changes, establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

Managing a team of software developers coding the firmware for our products (see www.syneto.net).

Working with a german team developing embedded systems for process control using Motorola MPC850 based boards. There I developed on two Linux kernel modules (starting from board schematics and prototype boards) to support custom hardware extensions. I also worked there on a custom boot loader where I implemented processor frequency scaling.

Working in a team designing and developing a firewall router firmware based on Linux. The system we were implementing was a custom Linux distribution (written from scratch) that had to be small, be remotely configurable and that was supposed to be loaded on specified hardware. There I designed, implemented and maintained the build system, remote upgrade system and several of the system configuration scripts.
