Supported platforms include: all iOS (iPad/iPhone) devices, Macs, PCs, networking equipment, Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Creative Cloud, VMWare Fusion, ServiceNow. Intake, and redeployment of systems for executives and other staff were also responsibilities. Priority acquisitions of equipment for executive usage, and the ability to rapidly train clients on deployed software/hardware were a must. Being on-call 24-7, 365 days a year was a requirement.

Provide in-house support to national and international scientists, laboratory directors, and VIPs such as congressional staff. Repair and replace elements of Windows and Mac OS systems, iOS devices, and PCs. Compose reports about new tools, software, and technologies procedures. Both on/off site.✪ Assess and field different IT solutions, networking solutions, and hardware for customers and make adjustments/acquisitions based on customer guidance✪ Instruct staff members on Mac OS & Linux operations and installation as well as on other versions of software.
