Monitor all systems / hardware and perform troubleshooting when needed to over 4,000 devices, including Macs, PCs, iPhones/iPads. Reconfigure desktops by erasing data, reinstalling operating systems, and improving operations with the use of Migration Assistant, Munki, and Simpana Comm Vault Data tools. Resolve VPN connectivity, server authentication, login credential recovery, password retrieval, administrator access, Apple software packages, Android, iOS, and Microsoft Office operating system / apps issues. Repair and replace elements of Windows and Mac OS systems, iOS devices, and PCs. Compose reports about new tools, software, and technologies procedures. Both on/off site.✪ Assess and field different IT solutions, networking solutions, and hardware for customers and make adjustments/acquisitions based on customer guidance✪ Instruct staff members on Mac OS & Linux operations and installation as well as on other versions of software. ✪ Verify, install, and deploy acquisitions for customers on a case by case basis and train them IT solutions as needed✪ Work with external vendors (Dell/HP/Apple) to troubleshoot any problems with proposed IT solutions and purchases✪ Install/deploy VMware Fusion/ESXi/vSphere software and Parallels Virtual Machines for Windows/Linux/Mac OS in conjunction to AD as necessary.✪ Correct any related problems and cyber security attacks and malware with haste in conjunction with cyber ops teams, DHS, and other Federal agencies as needed. ✪ Work closely with Project Management Professionals (PMPs) to oversee technical projects from planning to execution.✪ Recover data from files with vaulted variables and damaged hard disk drives in a timely and efficient way; schedule backups to restore data from Macs, PCs, and Linux systems.✪ Allow user connection to laboratory network with the use of Active Directory (AD)
