My professional training in graphic design had a real solid foundation from the start. Unlike a lot of designers today, I was able to begin my design experience with hands-on physical layout, art classes, typography, drawing, camera and print work. Combining this training and experience with the technology of the digital age benefits my appreciation for true graphic design that many don't get the privilege to experience.Graphic/Web/Multimedia support is a vital and crucial part of any corporation or client’s professional marketability. I approach my work with the mind-set of being successful and instrumental in producing outstanding creative support materials that make an impact. My goal is always to be a positive, valuable, go-to, or team player type creative professional.I strive to adhere to a life philosophy of being someone who exhibits a character of integrity, reliability, hard work, encouragement, develops potential, seeks to understand, who can take the initiative, while maintaining a sense of humor.Being current and up-to-date on the latest design trends is important to me, and so I consistently expand my professional development in all areas of creative support. For example, taking classes and learning new technologies at the foundational level, has benefited me greatly in possessing more in-depth knowledge of all types of media applications.An enjoyable part of being a graphic designer is providing professional creative solutions that bolster, enhance or drastically increase a client's or organization's professional presence in a very tangible and successful manner. I have had the exciting privilege of doing that many many times.
