As part of the joint venture between Grey and POSSIBLE, I lead global integrated accounts for HSBC, McVities, Lucozade, British Heart Foundation, Sensodyne, Pronamel, Brother and Nytol. This involved the development of McVities' Sweeet masterbrand campaign, Lucozade Sport's 'I believe' campaign, HSBC's global 'Year of Renminbi' campaign and numerous global product launches for Sensodyne and Pronamel. All saw innovative use of digital media, experiential technologies and end-to-end strategies to truly integrate the ATL creative developed by Grey London. I acted as the creative leader within the joint venture and a conduit between the creative teams on all sides.

In 2012, Fortune Cookie became part of POSSIBLE, WPP's largest digital agency. It saw me me continuing to lead UK, European and global POSSIBLE accounts for National Rail Enquiries, Legal & General, UEFA, De Beers, Truphone, RICS and Auto Trader as well as picking up new accounts with Nestle, MoneySupermarket and Creative Skillset. These included a marquee Windows Phone 8 app for Auto Trader, a complete creative overhaul of international telco Truphone (ranging from leading their rebrand and marketing strategy roadmap to designing 3 new digital platforms) and leading a global POSSIBLE network collaboration to develop UGC-driven campaign experiences for KitKat. I also lead a number of successful new business pitches and account wins. I managed a team of 3 designers within the larger Creative department, as well as mentoring a number of other creatives.

During my time at FC I lead a multitude of digital projects for UEFA, Europcar, TUI, De Beers, Butlins, City of London and Business Link as well as leading accounts for National Rail Enquiries, Legal & General, RICS and Auto Trader. These included the BIMA award winning Trader Connect app for Auto Trader, the Webby-honored City of London website and the creation of a global multi-channel digital network for RICS including an ecommerce platform tasked with taking on Amazon on books sales.The majority of my time at Fortune Cookie was focused on the National Rail Enquiries account driving them to being the unequivocal leaders in rail travel information in the UK. I lead the redesign of the main NRE website's homepage and site framework, resulting in an overnight doubling of new account registrations, the development and launch of their first ever iPhone and Android apps (with over 2m downloads in the first 9 months) and the NRE mobile website which to date is the #1 mobile site in the UK. I also lead the design, UX and implementation of the NRE Windows 8 app, the most downloaded W8 travel app and feature of Microsoft's keynote to TechEd Europe.

Following the purchase of Glass by Blueview in 2009 I lead design on builds and campaigns for Lex Autolease, Discovery Channel, TotalJobs and NHS Westminster. These included the highly successful Gradu8 live online jobs fairs and total replatforming of market leader LexAutolease. These included a pan-European launch campaign for the Nokia 500 sat nav system - a social media driven online experience sculpted around a beautiful film shot in Budapest and directed by Fallon - the complete redesign and replatforming of Cineworld, the UK's largest cinema chain, and the award-winning annual series of recruitment campaigns for top legal firm Allen & Overy.

My first role was at Top 100 agency Freestyle where I quickly found myself designing interactive launch and promotional experiences for new Land Rover and Jaguar models as well as large-scale platforms for the likes of Alstom and Advantage West Midlands. I also worked on a raft of smaller web builds and campaigns for the likes of Simple, Taylor Woodrow and Laithwaites. My marquee project came in the form with the ‘Your call’ recruitment campaign for West Midlands Police, for which I was given full artistic control, a fashion photographer and engaging narrative-lead interactive installations to play with.
