All saw innovative use of digital media, experiential technologies and end-to-end strategies to truly integrate the ATL creative developed by Grey London. I acted as the creative leader within the joint venture and a conduit between the creative teams on all sides.

I also lead a number of successful new business pitches and account wins. I managed a team of 3 designers within the larger Creative department, as well as mentoring a number of other creatives.

I lead the redesign of the main NRE website's homepage and site framework, resulting in an overnight doubling of new account registrations, the development and launch of their first ever iPhone and Android apps (with over 2m downloads in the first 9 months) and the NRE mobile website which to date is the #1 mobile site in the UK. I also lead the design, UX and implementation of the NRE Windows 8 app, the most downloaded W8 travel app and feature of Microsoft's keynote to TechEd Europe.
