Dan Williams is Chairman Emeritus at Garver, an employee-owned multi-disciplined engineering, planning, architectural, and environmental services firm with more than 600 employees. Dan’s leadership has been a major component in guiding the company through transformational growth, expanding into new markets, and improving the Garver brand. Beginning as a design engineer in 1982, Dan has risen steadily through the company—as a project manager for airport and civil projects; as vice president and regional office manager for Garver’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office; as executive vice president and chief engineer; and now as president.Dan has more than 38 years of engineering experience, and his design background includes projects associated with air carrier and general aviation airports, urban and rural streets, highways, and structures. His responsibilities have also involved pavement analysis, construction inspection, and company technology and equipment upgrades.
