• Led an initiative to preserve approximately 400 Biograph Studio titles in the Library of Congress’ paper print collection dating from 1896-1912, through implementation of an improved image processing system conversion and file migration, as well as procedures to improve final asset quality• Transitioned the preservation effort to a team of four through knowledge transfer and training, including the creation of a training manual

• Created and archived master files and metadata as part of a change management and conversion effort for a newly implemented server-based DAM system used companywide for digital asset creation and delivery • Servicing, localization, and approval of international and domestic feature streaming packages for clients, including major streaming services and cable and broadcast networks

• Managed catalog television video-based restorations (all legacy formats)• Researched source materials and related metadata for VOD, DVD and Blu-ray titles utilizing Xytech-based inventory and metadata management system• Primary contact for catalog and metadata research and information for home entertainment, catalog sublicensing, client servicing, and marketing departments• Supervised audio restoration workflows and QC sessions, provided historical research and maintained archiving standards for domestic and foreign language releases• Managed and tracked all television rejections and replacements to clients for all global territories• Executed multiple legacy digitization projects, including Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy properties as well as extensive catalog research and metadata upgrades

Coordinated audio restorations for film and television programming - clients included Sony Pictures, Warner Bros and The Walt Disney Company - as well as personal restoration projects with Richard Carpenter and Merv Griffin Group.

Produced entertainment programs and events; had weekly daytime screening series "TV Tuesdays" in the Chicago Cultural Center; Photo Editor: Encyclopedia of Radio (pub. 2001); weekly guest on local radio program about broadcasting and entertainment; archiving and research.

Part of a special IT team created by the Accounting Dept. to address software needs related to bank mergers. Wrote code for early screen capture and interface programs to facilitate systems consolidation for our department to more efficiently handle consumer complaints from newly-acquired customers.
