I find and showcase properties I'd like to stay in. And I do it the way I like it to be done: I visit every visit house, stay in them if I can, explore the area and test the restaurants so that when I'm describing a house and a place, it's all firsthand. I also paint the houses I represent, I've been doing since 1982, it often the seems the best way to get to know a place, to sit down and focus for 2 or 3 hours sketching with ink and watercolours.
