I am currently leading the PE business unit at NES Financial. Overseeing sales, marketing, fund accounting, investor relations and technology development. This is a new division that is combining our technology with key experts in fund administration for alternative assets.

Oversaw all day-to-day operations of NES Financial including our 1031, EB-5 and PE business and all corporate services. As the company has grown I chose to focus on the PE business and hand off the COO responsibilities to one of our board members.

Worked with a number of high tech companies that needed help restructuring their operations, marketing and/or technology focus. Market segments included CMOS image sensors, power management, embedded processors and EDA software.

I was a founder of Redwood Design Automation that developed & sold advanced EDA software for the synthesis and simulation of Integrated circuits. Redwood was acquired by Cadence where I became the GM of the Wireless division. We developed systems and ICs for top wireless companies such as Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola and Lucent. I did two lift-out of our customer's design teams.
