I'm a pizza chef and baker with 6 years experience. I also have experience in Italian cuisine, both for starters, both for the main dishes and that for sweets. I come from a family of bakers in Italy, I am the third generation. As a child I started the first works in the family business, where my father and my grandfather taught me the basics of baking.I have great passion for my work and always commit myself to improve and learn new things.I make a constant research into new techniques, studying from books of great masters or from the web. I love working with order and cleanliness, efficiently and effectively, and have aptitudes for teamwork.I consider myself a serious, respectful and ambitious.
