As China Counsel, leading and working with outside counsels, consulting firms and audit firms in transactional projects and corporate restructuring cases as well. Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a full spectrum of business contracts, and, as a member of China management, advising on a wide range of subjects including licensing, publishing, marketing, IP protection, R&D, corporate governance and government regulatory matters. As China Compliance Officer, building up the compliance policies for all T2’s operations in China, and presenting trainings to executives, officers and employees.

Advised multinational corporations on a wide range of general corporate matters as well as compliance issues. Conducted interviews and drafted reports for internal investigations.

Practice primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and corporate matters. Advised foreign investment banks and multinational corporations on their investment strategy in China; designed transaction structures and drafted documents for cross-border deals.

Assisted the legislative office in drafting laws.

Conducted due diligence investigations on behalf of US clients in mergers and acquisitions engagements.
