The Corporate Planning Department in JTC plays the integral function of working closely with the management team to chart and monitor JTC's long term strategy and focus, plan and execute strategic projects, organise and coordinate JTC board meetings, formulating work-plans for the organisation, track and formulate KPIs and liaise with MTI.

- Rotated to the General Manager’s Office (GMO) into Strategy Planning and Business Development at the start of 2022. - Close engagement with the company's executive team (CEO, CTO, COO, Corporate Function heads etc) assisting to gatekeep and supercharge the company's 5 years plan with the Strategy Planning Team. This includes plotting the financial and business directions with collaborative efforts through internal and external stakeholders (Cap Dev through R&D, M&A, Partnerships etc)- Project management of new collaborative & special projects with external parties. - Secretariat duties to the executive team for monthly review meetings, half-yearly review meetings, and visitations from Group CEO. The breadth of exposure to different corporate arms through the executive team allows for a deeper understanding of a company's operation, and what's under the hood.

- Attached to the Systems Integration department, participating in major defence projects. My role divides into two portions, project managing and technical systems roles. - For project managing, it includes overall management such as preparation of tender, project timeline, maintaining communications with global and local suppliers and customers.- For technical systems portion, it includes overall understanding on systems architecture, monitoring of intra-systems communication, formulating technical documents and acceptance test in different phases of my project.
