• Launched a beta version of the first new B2B product, an HR platform, a product with the objective of repositioning Edenred from being a Fintech company offering only Payroll to offering Payroll and HR• Led the product discovery phase which included conducting a competitive market analysis and gathering a list of customer pain points by running qualitative and quantitative research activities (Surveys, in-depth interviews, etc.) • Worked alongside the marketing and sales teams to define the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy of the product as well as other stakeholders in the organization such as the account manager and customer success • Collaborated with the design team to manage the usability risk by testing designs with clients and worked closely with a team of 14 engineers to align on their progress through daily standups• Prioritized new B2B and B2C products by evaluating their return on investment and determining the ones with the highest value to the customer while maximizing the revenue for the company
