• Manage and oversee operations of retail properties portfolio totaling 1 million rsf for various ownership groups• Achieved recognition as TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award Recipient in 2023 for Kendall Place, demonstrating excellence in property management, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction• Lead capital and tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to create project plans, obtain necessary permits, and ensure all work adheres to quality standards and regulatory codes• Conduct detailed reviews of CAM reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance, leveraging in-depth knowledge of expense allocations, lease terms, and industry standards to optimize cost recovery• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, coordinating tenant move-ins, and proactively resolving any issues• Develop and implement annual operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial targets; responsible for achieving NOI (Net Operating Income) objectives• Supervise property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and cost-effective solutions• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for security, janitorial, landscaping, and other essential services to optimize service delivery and cost-efficiency• Collaborate with leasing teams to maximize occupancy, support tenant retention efforts, and manage lease renewals, terminations, and rent escalations
