My current tasks include:• First point of contact for all inbound recruitment needs (internal and external client requirements);• Distribute, plan and schedule all recruitment activities; adjusting priorities as needed; • Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring appropriate manning, adequate coverage of each position at all times, jumping in and taking ownership of a position when needed, and assisting in quality control; • Create, manage and analyse reports on results of client submissions, team and individual performances; • Review and/or maintain and produce (manpower client) reports• Ensure continual improvement of the team’s knowledge base with regards to understanding of positions, industry, candidate profiling and risk identification • Advising on, selecting and utilising the most appropriate tools for the team and recruitment operation, implementing and documenting changes to further improve the recruitment team’s output• Participates to general tenders and restricted tenders preparation • Interacts and partners with other business departments as necessary for the overall success of the company • Oversees the recruitment aspects of interactions with subcontractors

As a junior recruiter I focused on candidate management.Main achievements include:- Evaluated skills for all of Lab Support’s candidates by being in charge of all first contact with candidates, conducting all interviews and writing all candidate profiles;- Developed Lab Support’s portfolio by looking for leads and making all cold calls;- Wrote a recruitment guideline for all of Lab Support’s European recruiters on an upcoming scientific field (BioInformatics); - Gained knowledge of recruitment procedures (ie calculating fees and hourly rates, drawing up contracts, UWV regulations, etc) and Dutch labour laws (ie contract chains, holiday pay, contract termination, etc)
