Providing an excellent service to customer is my priority. My daily task mainly involving with various stakeholders of the company. I have handled inquiries from various sources such as calls and emails. During Movement Control Order(MCO), we starts working from our home but I managed to maintain my performance during the peak time for e-commerce in which I have been trusted by our manager to tackle other platforms such as live chat.

My main task was to promote FunNow app to customer and assist customer in booking services through the app. I was also responsible in assisting Healthland front desk staff with stock replenishment, operations and deliver customer service.

I was assigned as Physiotherapy student in training for 4 areas for inpatients and outpatients;1. Pediatrics for neurological disorder, congenital abnormalities, musculoskeletal disorder, disorder of the respiratory system and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).2. Spine conditions for common fractures & dislocation of spine, postural deformities and common degenerative disorder of the spine.3. Women's Health.4. Geriatrics

I was assigned as Physiotherapy student in training for 3 areas for inpatient and outpatients;1. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and surgical2. Musculoskeletal for soft tissues injuries, burn and amputation, Inflammation disease (eg. Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis), common metabolic and endocrine disorder(eg. Gout, Paget's disease & Reiters Syndrome, common degenerative joint disorders: Pattelofemoral syndrome.3. Neurology for upper motor neuron and lower motor neuron disorder and vestibular disorder.

I was assigned as Physiotherapy student in training in for 3 specific area for inpatients and outpatients;1. Orthopedic area covering fracture of upper limb and lower limb, 2. Neurology area covering for Cerebro Vascular Accident (CVA),3. Cardiovascular and Cardiorespiratory for chronic obstructive airway diseases, restrictive airway diseases, heart diseases/ problem and diseases of the arteries, veins and lymphatic system.
