1. Functional Testing –Evaluating, testing, and verifying system’s existing functionality to its actual requirements2. Integration Testing - Combining each program units to perform as a single component to ensure reliability, functionality, and performance between them3. Regression Testing - Confirming that newly added features/changes do NOT harm the functionality of the existing system4. User Acceptance Testing - Confirming that user(s) has accepted that the system works as expected and has met their requirements.5. Non-Functional Testing - Ensuring the usability, performance, security, load, scalability, and compliance of the system6. Involved in 3(THREE) projects which facing clients in order to make sure the system is on going and hassle free before pakacing during every Releasing date1. Prepare test plans and test scripts for various testing activities (SIT/UAT/Load and Performance Test, Operation Readiness Test).2. Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.3. Log and report defects during the test execution phase.4. Onsite system support in 3(THREE) major countries eg (Macao/Korea/Philippines) to assists client side QA for Quality Assurance Acceptance Testing Phase. Provide instant clarification for client side QA to filter the defect cause by wrong user behaviour.5. Adapting at translating business requirements to technical requirements. This includes using powerful analysis and modeling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.6. Analyse document and propose functional process improvements and standardization for Finance and Operation business units. 7. Review user requirements and business processes to develop functional and system design specification using Big Data Management Platforms8. Arrange routine meeting sessions to summarize the interoperability flaws to the system developer.9. Assign reported bugs for fixes to developer accordingly. Prioritize developer task to maximize their overall progress for the system fixes.10. Work closely with Product Manager and Business Analyst to have a better understanding on the casino system. Figure up some exceptional test cases and identified as potential bugs within the system.11. Tracking the Integrity of Casino System Reporting Data Record on top of functional testing.
