777/787/777X Supplier Management Interiors • Manage multiple 787 customer direct unique design galley and monument programs to support airplane certification and delivery schedule• Support 777x interior certification activities to meet program milestone and flight test activities• Monitor supplier performance and identify area of risks and work closely with suppliers to provide mitigation plan• Work with suppliers to minimize nonconforming issue and deliver quality end items on time• Provide weekly status report to leadership on program status and quality improvement• Integrate activities with internal and external customers and suppliers to fulfill program requirements and meet customer expectations• Serve as a project manager, facilitator and communicator who is responsible for performance in all supplier-related activities (quality, cost and delivery) associated with the procurement of products and services

787 Engine Management • Lead production aspects related to engines on 787-8 program from initiation of purchase contracts through airplane delivery• Issue purchase authorization/purchase order from sales agreement and work closely with contract procurement agent and airplane contract group to ensure order are placed in a timely manner• Lead engine on time delivery to meet purchase order requirement and engine allocation recovery plan as necessary• Present program status weekly and ensure schedule impact are communicated/coordinated with management• Lead 787-9 and 787-10 program development milestone to ensure timely certification and delivery• Support piece parts ordering activities to ensure on time airplane delivery and minimize factory disruption • Conduct quarterly PMI (Partner Managed Inventory) audit report• Monitor PMI changes effecting engine hardware and ensure closed loop process

777 Supplier Management Interiors • Facilitate, integrate and document technical and business communications/ design meetings between Boeing, supplier(s) and customers• Manage multiple twin aisle programs including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, prioritization and communications • Present programs status weekly to senior managers and directors including risk and mitigation plan• Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan• Oversee supplier related activities to ensure programs are on track to support scheduled on dock dates • Issue purchase orders and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions• Resolve quality issues/parts shortages to support airplanes delivery schedule• Conduct and provide recommendation on production readiness assessment on various suppliers and commodities• Participate in special lean activities

• Troubleshoot part shortages and take corrective actions to fix root cause, reduce line down shortage by 20 % in one year• Analyze the financial impact of order policy changes to achieve optimal price, quantity, delivery and inventory position• Track inventory weekly and identify opportunity for reduction and possible shortage• Manage inventory level to ensure smooth transaction during revision/supplier changes• Support new products introductions by sourcing qualified suppliers and work closely with project engineers for any material issues.• Participate in contract negotiation, blanket purchase order setup, and make recommendation on safety stock agreement.• Lead and participate Kaizen events to improve overall production efficiency and process improvement.• Support and develops suppliers by creating supplier performance objectives, monitoring performance (Cost, timely delivery and quality objectives), and providing feedback to the supply base

• Participate in Asian sourcing of potential suppliers and new models development with existing suppliers, 20% cost reduction on tooling and material.• Monitor material status and makes frequent contact with suppliers to expedite and secure material availability. Ensures continuity of supply in order to meet changing market demands and manufacturing requirements and notify planner of potential problems.• Implement of new vender management systems (Pull system, VMI system) to optimize supply flow and reduce inventory up to 70% cost saving

• Monitor inventory on hand to optimize supply chain planning through the use of ERP• Procure major structural end item assemblies for production, and spares for customer support
