CurrentRemote Closer/ Compliance Auditor/ Funder• Review complete closing package and credit packages for investors to purchase loans• Run PredProtect test on every loan to see if TILA will pass or fail.• Run RESPATOOL on every loan to compare the final HUD to the final GFE.• Run Early Check to make sure that the DU or LP Findings match the Credit Reports.• Review titles, flood certificates, and appraisals.• Calculation of figures for escrow accounts and for PMI if applicable. Remote Closer: • Preparing closing packages for various states via refinance and purchases fixed and ARM loans.• Calculate Escrows for various states.• Calculate figures to match between GFE and HUD. • Generated daily production reports.Remote Funder:• Reviewing Final HUDs• Comparing HUDs to final GFE for Regz guidelines• Reviewing closing packages for HARP loans • Calculating Escrow account for Taxes, Hazard Insurance, and PMI• Preparing funding worksheet to email to Wire Department for release of closing funds.
