 Created Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) Created various Use Cases and activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, Class diagrams and Business Work Flow Diagrams using MS Visio and used UML methodology to define the Data Flow Diagrams (DFD.) Conducted Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions as a facilitator to gather requirements from the technical team. Served as a liaison between Clients and Technical Staff to resolve any conflicts. Worked on development of complete Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Models and BRDs for a Web based patient management systems based on web services. Worked to bridge the gaps between IT and Business Client. Launched the business requirement collection approach based on the project scope and SDLC Methodology. Responsible for writing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and User Requirement Specification (URS). Understand and articulate business requirements from user interviews, and workshops and then convert requirements into technical specifications.
