I’m Daphne Williams, an educator, instructional strategist, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in education and 15 years leading Smarty Pants Early Learning Center in Chicago. My focus is on building a strong educational foundation for children from birth to age 5.I began my journey as a teacher administrator in Chicago Public Schools, where I developed a curriculum that consistently places students two grade levels ahead, resulting in 95% acceptance into gifted and classical schools. This experience deeply shaped my approach to early childhood education, inspiring me to create a nurturing yet academically rigorous environment for young learners.I am passionate about empowering educators and daycare owners through training and workshops and am committed to supporting the professional growth of others in the field. A lifelong learner, I’m actively involved in several child development organizations.Recognized for my contributions, I’ve shared my expertise on WVON 1690 Radio Show and been featured on NBC 5’s "Making a Difference."
