I am currently employed in Holland Beckett’s commercial team. My most recent role at James & Wells had me advising clients on commercial matters with an intangible asset focus. I developed skills in business structuring in relation to intellectual property assets, licence agreements, assignments of intellectual property rights and trade mark registrations. I am able to advise on a range of commercial matters including:• commercial contracts; • commercial leases; • the sale and purchase of businesses – assets and shares; • assignment of intellectual property rights; • intellectual property licencing;• refinancing arrangements; • personal property and securities register queries; • website privacy policies and terms of use; • shareholders agreements; and • general company advice.

I am a solicitor in James & Wells’ commercial law team. In particular, my expertise encompasses commercial agreements and trade marks. I can devise shareholders’ agreements, advise on company structures, conduct refinancing, and business sale and purchase transactions, as well as land transactions. With a focus on intellectual property assets, my role ensures that a client’s needs are met while also maintaining their competitive advantage and profitability by fully appreciating the importance of their intellectual property.
