Daphne Ong, AMFT graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her primary modality is drama therapy, and includes somatically-informed experiential methods and psychodrama in her work. She is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) under the North American Drama Therapy Association.She has a special interest in developing therapeutic theatre works, especially in social justice. She co-created and performed in Consent, Dissent, Reinvent in 2018, the Theatre for Change initiative by Renee Emunah of California Institute of Integral Studies.She was a professional actor on the Singapore stage for 10 years. Her theatre experience includes musical theatre and puppetry. She has also worked in voiceovers, television, corporate videos, events, corporate role-playing, and medical simulations.
