- Preparing for trainings conducted either face to face or via Zoom- Provide training support to the trainers pre and post training- Training Logistics- Backend system updating of training hours using TMS and Litmos- Migration of data to a new system platform- Testing of new system platform (Litmos, LMS), troubleshooting system error and find alternatives to resolve the issues or raise the issue to the vendor.
