Responsibilities include developing compelling marketing messages for S&C's products, services, software and solutions; editing technical writing, including advertisements, instruction manuals, trade show messaging, presentations, brochures, promotional literature, online material and press releases; writing materials to support marketing programs; and providing input to S&C's graphic design team on material layout. Also responsible for adapting messages and writing toward various technical and non-technical audiences, and for coaching other S&Cers on their technical writing, including both one-on-one coaching and formal training where appropriate. Tasks also include engaging sales and product group leaders to clearly and simply convey their complex ideas, while also ensuring all publications comply with S&C writing style guidelines, and regularly reviewing and identifying improvements to S&C's writing and editing processes.

Responsibilities included producing feature and other articles of importance and relevance to top leaders within the payments industry for the PYMNTS.com website and B2C and B2B digital newsletters. Other responsibilities included writing payments industry research reports and industry trackers. Also conducted and produced podcast interviews with leaders in the payments industry.
