Claims Representative Ii
Current- Support the company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients, brokers, vendors, and team members.- Proactively investigate, manage, and settle claims to move them forward- Determine coverage, secure information, coordinate treatment and settle single and multiple-vehicle claims- Handle escalations proactively - Adopt and utilize existing and new digital tools for an effortless customer journey- Effectively utilize and adopt all tools, systems, and workflows available to manage ongoing pending claims to move claims towards conclusion per the metrics set out- Return voicemails and inquiries within eight, 8-business hours- Ensure claims handling adheres to corporate standards for Internal File Review/Closed File Review guidelines, including - investigations, reports, workflows, reserving practices and guidelines.- Manage and correct expense categorization of external expenses- Set up and maintain files or assigned claimsAuthorise payments and reserves- Approve settlements and process payments within established authorization levels- Actively demonstrates Intact values in actions and words regularly- Receive (and occasionally provide) constructive feedback with openness and honesty- Keep skillset current with the available training provided to stay current in your role - Ensure business needs are met by being punctual and having regular attendance to team activities
