My job is to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion. I serve as the main POC for our customers when they are looking for status, and updates, or should we need to update any information on the project worked. I oversee that the work groups within each project, assuring tasks are worked and completed, in order to maintain proper interval. I also communicate with my work groups, of any updates or change of scope. I am also tasked to remedy any issues that we come across, before the install of services.

My job is to translate to the engineering group within my company of what is being ordered and to assure required documents, technical blueprints are provided. I function as a preliminary engineer, as I have to source the switches of where they need to be designed and I audit the design of the systems that need to be implemented for the customer. I assess if the customer is retaining several features such as IP addresses and telephone numbers. I also serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and the customer.

I processed orders and assigned tasks to multiple work groups involved in a project. This position is part of PAETEC/ Windstream's service delivery and I processed orders nationwide. I also amended certain orders when necessary, such as if phone numbers needed to be ported or other features needed to be added like Enterprise Trunking when a order was mid-stream. I also made sure what was being ordered was signed for and matched what the customer signed for. I fulfilled this role even when PAETEC was acquired by my current company, Windstream Communications.
