I was Executive Director of Retail Banking in KBC Ireland with responibility for developng and building a retail bank. Our ambition is to become a market leader in consumer banking by delivering the full suite of relevant products to todays demanding consumer. I have peronal responsibility and ownership for the delivery of this strategy.

I was the Director of the Retail Business within EBS and CEO of EBS Mortgage Finance. My key areas of responsibility included P&L responsibility for five strategic business units namely residential mortgages, savings, insurance, bancassurance and personal finance. I had overall responsibility for the Brand and Marketing functions and for delivery of the strategy within the Member Business. As a member of the Management Board I had responsibility for the execution of the society business plan.Prior to this role I managed various business units, the broker channel and worked in Credit and Risks areas within EBS Building Society. Since January 2009 I have also been CEO of EBS Mortgage Finance - the Covered Bond Bank of the Society

Job Description: The Company were in the process of installing a new membership database system. I was responsible for overseeing the smooth transition from the current system to the new system. Within the first six months, I took over as System Manager and managed the implementation of a new network system. I also dealt with day to day queries from end users of the new system
