• Conducted a credit assessment review of a loan portfolio for an international bank operating in London in preparation for a regulatory review by the PRA
• Advised a PE firm in relation to a bid on an Irish Loan Portfolio (€675m). I was responsible for the development of a bespoke, detailed pricing and forecasting model
• Performed a credit review of a large loan portfolio (CRE, RE & Hospitality) to the value of €8bn for an international bank in Austria.Portfolio Valuation:
• Loan valuation team member for NAMA. The project involved in-depth review of complex borrower groups over CRE and RE asset classes totalling €14.5bn over three years
• Performed a portfolio valuation for a Croatian bank in preparation for arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes
