Head of Homes with responsibility for the AIB Mortgage Strategy in Wexford, Wicklow & Carlow. Responsible for development of Homes strategy, people leadership, KBI engagement, compliance, mortgage lending review & customer excellence across the Local Market.The key objective of this role was to drive, shape and deliver the Homes strategy for AIB in Wexford, Wicklow & Carlow and mange the Homes eco-system and sales pipeline in order to drive mortgage business growth.I was responsible for developing and nurturing talent, leading our Homes team across this area, proving direction whilst offering autonomy and being growth focussed, in line with AIB’s purpose - to help our customers achieve their dreams and ambitions. I supported my team to focus on delivery of the best mortgage banking experience in our Community whilst achieving the highest level of compliance, risk management and operational excellence standards
