Manufacturing Engineer
Current- Design, evaluate and improve manufacturing process by implementing technologies within schedule and budgetary parameters.
- Troubleshoot complex problems by identifying root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills.
- Collaborate with other engineering stakeholders, vendors and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and quality of products.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans by performing root cause analysis (5 whys, cause and effect fish bone diagram and etc).
- Involved in control plan, PFMEA, work instructions and other documents development for new products.
- Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
