As General Manager and COO for Jeanine Payer, I directed all operational activities, including finance, budgeting, facilities, human resources--recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and supervising staff. Established overall business strategies, directed outside consultants, managed database redesign, and managed all staff, including sales, marketing, production, fulfillment, and administration.
