Launched Copenhagen's first speciality coffee cart!

Starting out as a part-time barista at an upscale neighbourhood cafe and wine bar, I have been taking on management responsibilities for the last two years. These include the hiring and training of new staff, ordering and stock checking, social media and marketing - mostly alongside full-time studies and internships.

Full-time member of the Copenhagenize team - a consultancy specialising in the promotion, design and programming of urban infrastructure for cycling. Responsibilities include research for current and future projects, various communication tasks including the writing and editing of reports and blog posts, creation of video marketing pieces, and assisting with workshops and tours. Key to Copenhagenize is working at the intersection of urban planning, anthropology and communications to better understand the human dynamics of mobility.

Part of a small-scale urban design firm, working with a unique socio-spatial, research-based approach. Assisted on developing a strategy for cultural placemaking in Larvik municipality, Norway - leading the research, writing and editing of the project.

Oversaw and managed online content (blog posts, website updates etc) for innovative and dynamic urban design office. Involved in project research and conception, such as a brief to investigate the social life of a developing neighbourhood and developing intergenerational infrastructure in another.

Joining a busy planning consultancy in Brighton, I quickly became a part of office life, handling communications, actively participating in field visits and coordinating between various actors including the local council, private clients and other key stakeholders.
