I am a senior at Saint Louis University, majoring in Leadership and Human Resource Management with a minor in Service Leadership. I have had 4 internship experiences at Boeing spanning human resources, and finance, where I contributed to key projects. My projects included designing compensation training for over 100 HR business partners, coordinating National Intern Week for 1,500+ interns, and supporting financial reporting and business planning initiatives. I also gained international consulting experience in Hungary partnering with firms such as Bayer, Bunzl, Cargill, MOL Group, Prezi, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the US Commercial Service. I supported developing strategies to improve employee retention and analyzing global business challenges.As I prepare for graduation in May 2025, I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in human resources or consulting. My goal is to apply my skills in organizational strategy, talent management, and leadership to a firm with growth opportunities, collaboration, and a humanistic approach to leadership.
