Develop and implement appropriate, quality, programs to promote each child’s physical, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual development. Planning a variety of educational activities and techniques to help them learn and grow. Connect and collaborate with teaching team to optimize early education foundation. Active listening to children and parents to ensure healthy relationships. Create effective learning plans in the last year before they enter school to prepare them for the transition, driving their development in a wide range of areas.

Supervising all daily and weekly tasks including reviewing staff and children’s schedules, observing classroom management, and overseeing curriculum implementation.
