My clients love going to work, mentoring others, and making a contribution.HOW I DO IT: I have a 5 step process that builds the skills you need to succeed at job hunting and to make the best decision for you -do you want to start your own business, join a firm, consult or work part time? Most clients find multiple opportunites and then select the one they feel is best for them. However, you have to know who you are, what you are good at, what is important in the work culture and what motivates you. Then we adapt your resume, linkedin,networking and interviewing so everything is aligned and building on each other. WHY I AM DIFFERENT: I have been in HR at large corporations, have been an executive recruiter, and have worked in marketing and sales for most of my career so I really understand the jobs and what it takes to be successful. I can teach people the "insider" tips and tricks to help them shorten the time to finding the right career opportunities. I can also help in the employment contract and negotiation process. HOW WE BENEFIT CLIENTS: I teach practical skills that help clients prepare for the job hunting process, and know what they are looking for. This reduces the amount of time spent on jobs that are not a good match. Instead, that time can be spent networking to find the jobs that are a better fit. I also help with the emplyment contract negotiations and the first 90 day plan.
