She has worked for Fortune 500 companies (Accenture, American Express, Revlon, Pfizer etc.), Ad agencies (Wunderman, Publicis, etc.), Consulting firms (Accenture, Swat Team Partners, etc. ) and Marketing Service Firms (Harte Hanks, Epsilon, etc.). She has also been a Managing Partner of Executive Connections an executive recruiting firm serving firms in financial services, healthcare, education, retail, media, hospitality, travel and private equity.
She switched to career coaching in 2016 at the request of her clients.
