About Darcy Wilson, Cism, Capm

Loyalty, Integrity, Courage and Excellence are core values that I hold deeply since my time as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The CAF developed many of the leadership skills and management tools that I have used ever since, as I continue to evolve as a leader over the past 25+ years. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of industries and business types from military to large multi-national, to smaller entrepreneurial-type workplace. Throughout this time the biggest constant has been my passion for customer or client experience, whether that be external customers or internal “clients”. I have always asked my teams to put themselves in the client’s shoes and treat matters with a strong sense of urgency. Relationship building has been a large part of my career, which is one of my strongest skills. I have always worked very closely with my business leaders, vendors, customers, and co-workers to build relationships built on trust. This requires exceptional communication skills and is critical to success.
