- Management of client account for Dealer Business Management (financial) across many countries. Building strong client relationships.
- Responsible for team’s internal communication and collaboration.
- Management of team’s revenue and profitability applicable to Vision, Mission, Strategy plan.
- Strategic thinking and pursuing sales opportunities. Bringing thought leadership and innovation to existing clients.
- Responsible for all aspects of RSTMM (recruit, select, train, manage, motivate) for a team.
