As part of the Contact Centre team as a full-stack developer, I have been working on tools that agents use to solve customer requests. I have developed new features, built better integrations between existing applications and services and made improvements to the existing code base. Zulu, a modular solution for management of Clients, Products, Reservations and Payments to be used in the company. I lead a team of frontend and backend developers, working close with the client to achieve the initial requirements and other changes made during the development process. Using ASP.NET WebApi OData and Entity Framework, designing core features like a message service bus based on MassTransit to make asynchronous operations backed by RabbitMQ, a Redis cache for storing product’s prices and other demanding data, authentication and authorization using Microsoft Identity/OAuth libraries for all client apps, Microsoft Reporting for document generation, integration with several payment gateways such as SagePay, PaySafe and Checkout, and the frontend applications developed in React and Redux using Ant Design components.

- Escrapalia, a web portal for industrial auctions, was developed with the aim of replace an older system based on AngularJS and give a more modern look and feel. Lead the frontend team to create a React solution with custom styled Semantic UI components that solves critical requirements like server-side rendering for SEO, i18n and social media integration.- JTI 1-2-1, a content management application, which is part of a suite developed for Japan International Tobacco. The system is used to manage all information needed by the public web and mobile application, I formed part of the team as full stack developer, using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and React with Ant Design components.- E2Talent, a replacement of an older version of a web application used at InnoEnergy that measures business skills of people and team dynamics in a start-up company, evaluating their potential for success and supporting the decision-making process for venture capital firms. Lead the development of the application, guiding both frontend and backend teams using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and Angular as framework of choice with custom styled Bootstrap components.- Bookem, a web-based booking and product management system developed for avenTOURa, a tour operator company, to replace their old desktop application and include new functionalities such as CRM, Products, Reservations and Accounting. My role involved design and implementation of many areas of the solution. Technology used was ASP.NET WebApi OData, SignalR, an in-house OpenID Connect implementation for a central authentication of the systems, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting, DurandalJS as SPA framework, Bootstrap and Breeze as OData client library.

- I extended the existing metrics and reporting functionalities at Sigma Analysis, an investment platform, to improve the decision-making process. I worked at the frontend team developing new modules showing the data in custom charts visualization using ExtJS and Higcharts, consuming data from an API developed by the backend team.- Service 311, a system to allow citizens to reporting incidences (electric failures, water leaks) and the resolution by the Managua town hall departments. I developed a GIS module to track the incidence location and managing the tickets submitted. Using ASP.NET MVC, SharpMap for managing spatial data, jQuery, Bootstrap and OpenLayers.- I developed a lease management module to the system used for tax contributors in Managua town hall, having success at increasing the tax revenue replacing the previous manual process with a more automated and digital solution.- I designed and implemented a centralized authentication system using the OpenID protocol. The purpose of this project was to enable single sign on for all the applications deployed in the internal network at the University of Havana. I collaborated with others developers to integrate their applications with the authentication system.
