I am a multi-geographic and multi-disciplinary solutions engineer, with more than 15 yearsconcrete experience in the role. Since the very beginning, I took a deep dive approach in allmy projects, starting from the “doing” to get to the “managing”. If you want to lead a greatproject, you need to know what’s going on at the bottom of the pyramid first!In my career I had to deal several times with multi-team situations, where different know-hows and skills were required, like budgeting, design, operational software, I.T, business,negotiation, risk management etc. This experience made me understand the importance to becomplete at 360°, in order to lead a successful team and project. That’s how in the years Iended up combining my project management skills with computer engineering and somecertifications and experience in the finance sector.It is indeed very important to learn more also about the other sectors of a project you are notdirectly managing, in order to have a better understanding and cooperate in synergy with theother members of the team, that’s why I am always open to learn new things in other areas ofexpertise, to be more efficient in my role and anticipate potential issues.In my projects I always put a strong focus in the final customer, thinking of all the possibleways to make the ultimate experience more pleasant for him/her, while keeping in mind theproject fundamentals such as schedule, resources and scope, remaining on-target, on-timeand on-budget.All this, without forgetting the importance of working in a happy and well balanced team,where all the skills of every single team member is used at its best, enhancing his/her work,but also enriching the final result of the project, where the team can shine and the finalcustomer can be satisfied.
