M&A Group, Infrastructure and Transport / P&U and ESG sectorsA seasoned investment professional with extensive, wide-ranging experience and a proven track record of closing deals. Worked on over 30 deals (power and utilities, including renewables, transport and infrastructure), both sell- and buy-side M&A, from inception and making a significant contribution to winning mandates and comprehensive preparation for all deal stages (including valuation):– Closed deals valued at over USD 3 billion in sell-side lead advisory roles, managing all aspects from pre-sale preparation, valuations, and investor outreach to presenting interim results, meeting with potential investors, and executing the deals through to closing.– Led the development of the M&A group in the challenging Kazakhstani market, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers at major industry players. This resulted in significant sell-side mandate wins across the CIS region, particularly in the power and utilities sector, as well as multiple other projects. – Drove innovation within the M&A group by introducing ESG-driven M&A strategies, structuring deals via digital solutions, and developing new digital tools for M&A (currently in the R&D stage).– Amplified the firm’s presence in the airport sector, generating over 50 leads that resulted in more than 20 successful projects (including M&A, valuation, and due diligence), earning recognition from key airport investors in the region.

M&A and strategy dept.Key responsibilities included managing projects related to the acquisition of new airports (both greenfield and brownfield), overseeing valuation and due diligence of potential targets, and presenting results to the Company’s Management and BoD. Worked on over 15 deals, successfully closing 6. Selected deals and projects portfolio:– Participated in a major sell-side deal to attract a financial/strategic investor, including creating long and short lists, supporting the due diligence process, and negotiating the term sheet.– Contributed to various buy-side projects, managing the due diligence stage, negotiating pricing, drafting the SPA, and presenting results to the Shareholder.– Successfully secured two investors (Russian oil majors) for the company’s airport fuel complexes
