This resulted in significant sell-side mandate wins across the CIS region, particularly in the power and utilities sector, as well as multiple other projects. – Drove innovation within the M&A group by introducing ESG-driven M&A strategies, structuring deals via digital solutions, and developing new digital tools for M&A (currently in the R&D stage).– Amplified the firm’s presence in the airport sector, generating over 50 leads that resulted in more than 20 successful projects (including M&A, valuation, and due diligence), earning recognition from key airport investors in the region.
