In this role, I design and deliver intensive interventions to small groups of elementary and middle school students. Because of the remote nature of the position, I have the opportunity to assist a wide range of students from school districts around the country. I also collaborate with a team of ELA professionals to create new content for future learning implementations within the synchronous learning services department.

In this role, I provide intensive Tier 3 mathematics and literacy support to elementary students. I am responsible for analyzing national test score data, assessing their current skills, identifying areas of concern, and creating targeted instruction to address their individual academic needs. I collaborate directly with classroom teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure continuity of instruction and successful adherence to curriculum requirements. I also provided assistance to support staff, classroom teachers, and building administrators as needed.

This position gave me the exciting opportunity to be part of the booming growth of a new educational organization! In addition to teaching group classes, I collaborated with a small team of Language Arts educators to build the foundational curriculum for the company's reading comprehension courses.
