As a sports management graduate from Bethany College, I have a solid foundation in the sport and fitness industry. I learned how to analyze data, manage projects, and apply marketing strategies to promote sports and wellness programs.Currently, I work as a Guest Services Associate at Northeast Athletic Club, where I provide excellent customer service and support to the members and guests of the club. I use my advertising and Adobe Photoshop skills to create and update the club's promotional materials and social media content, attracting new customers and increasing engagement. I also demonstrate my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork competencies by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with other staff members.I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals and creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone. I also enjoy coaching soccer at Quality Touch Soccer Academy, where I share my love for the sport and develop the skills and confidence of young players. My career objective is to pursue a role that allows me to combine my sports management education, customer service experience, and advertising skills to make a difference in the sport and fitness sector.
