I spent 26+ years in law enforcement serving in various roles such as traffic crash investigator, firearms instructor, field sobriety testing instructor, fleet manager, project manager and IT manager. I served in various leadership roles for about 20 years including Chief of Police for the last 5+ years of my career. During that time, I had the opportunity to attend many leadership training courses, including the prestigious FBI National Academy in 2014 where I graduated in Class 256. I retired from law enforcement in July 2020 and started my second career with Getac Video Solutions in August 2020 as a Video Solutions Architect. My role includes both pre-sales support where I setup and run a trial or demo of our product and post-sales support where I manage the deployment of our video system and services. Both include training the customer on using our products.In April 2023, I became the Manager of our Technical Pre-Sales team for video. I manage the team of Solutions Architects on the Pre-Sales team that runs trials and demos and assists the Sales Managers on promoting our products. I also manage any international trials or demos, I assist in completing RFI/RFP technical documents and I assist with product testing.
